1. Acceptance of Terms

Thank you for your interest in PrimeFlow Assist. This page explains the terms by which you may use our website, web applications, administrative services, and software provided on or in connection with our operations (collectively, the “Services”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), including our Privacy Policy incorporated by reference, constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PrimeFlow Assist (“us” or “we”). For you to use our Services, you must agree to these Terms. These terms govern your use, access, and operation of the Services from within the United States. Throughout these terms, statements containing the word “including” mean “including but not limited to.”
 
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
 

2. Description of Service & Boundaries

PrimeFlow Assist provides high-level executive virtual assistant and operational management support. Our assistants perform administrative, creative, and non-licensed tasks strictly under the direction and supervision of the client. PrimeFlow Assist does not provide licensed legal, financial, tax, or state-regulated professional advice. The client retains full responsibility for reviewing and approving all work outputs executed by their assigned assistant.
 

3. Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation Requirement: To formally cancel your service subscription, you must submit the official Service Cancellation Form directly through our website. We do not accept cancellation requests via phone, text message, or general email inquiries.
  • Notice Period: To avoid being billed for your next cycle, we highly recommend submitting your cancellation form at least 15 business days prior to your upcoming renewal date. This ensures our administrative team has sufficient time to safely pause your account operations and adjust staffing schedules.
  • Final Billing & Refunds: All subscriptions are charged up until your official cancellation date. No refunds will be issued for any past billing periods or unused hours already incurred. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active, and your virtual assistant will continue to support your workflows through the end of your currently paid billing cycle.
